A light roast with milk-chocolate influences and a mild citrus flavor to create a soft easy-going style. It is perfect for relaxing on the weekend.
A little tip: Before you add your grounds, pre-heat the press with some off the boil water, as when the coffee comes into contact with hot water too fast, it can over extract and produce undesirable elements in the cup.

Roasting
As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate and mellows into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee that is delicious by itself, or paired with milk chocolate or cake. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.
We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. 1kg coffee beans should then be forced through the grounds by the plunger, but do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.
Strength - 3, easy and easy going, great for weekend relaxing.
Stores
Lazy Sunday is a mellow light roast that has the sweet, citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a smooth mouthfeel that sooths the palette. The cocoa notes can be traced back to the days of winter sitting on the sofa reading a book and an intimate hug from the family. To brew your coffee, first heat your French Press with off boil water. This will stop the coffee from being over extracted and causing undesirable elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml water that just boiled. Steep for four minutes, plunge, and enjoy.
